Trane Heat Pumps Add Up To Greater Efficiency.

How can you tell how efficient your new unit will be? Just follow the numbers. Our XL13i air conditioner has a SEER rating of up to 13.0. SEER stands for Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio and measures the cooling efficiency of an air conditioner. The higher the SEER rating, the greater the energy efficiency of the unit.

A Heat Pump cools your home in the summer and then helps heats your home in the winter. Every heat pump system has an energy efficiency rating, as well. Our XL13i heat pump has an HSPF of up to 9.25. HSPF stands for Heating Seasonal Performance Factor and refers to the efficiency of the heating mode of heat pumps. These numbers add up to greater energy savings for you.
